These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Phoenix Bus Inc. (dba Phoenix Bus Orlando) website and the charter bus, motor coach, shuttle, and ground transportation services we provide. By submitting a quote request, booking a trip, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Phoenix Bus Inc. (dba Phoenix Bus Orlando) provides charter and motor coach transportation services for corporate, government, military, educational, religious, athletic, wedding, and private group clients. All trips are operated in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, including driver hours-of-service and vehicle safety standards.
Quotes submitted through our website are estimates based on the information provided and remain subject to vehicle availability, final itinerary confirmation, and signed agreement. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and any required deposit have been received.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the first scheduled service date. Payments may be processed through trusted third-party processors and are protected by industry-standard encryption. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the service date receive a 75% refund of the total price (the 25% deposit remains non-refundable). Cancellations within 7 days of the service date are 100% non-refundable. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent vehicles if operationally necessary.
Passengers must comply with all federal and state safety regulations, including seatbelt usage where required, and follow reasonable instructions from the driver. Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited on board. Phoenix Bus Inc. (dba Phoenix Bus Orlando) is not liable for delays caused by passenger conduct, weather, traffic, road closures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
All vehicles and drivers operate under valid DOT and FMCSA authority. Drivers comply with mandated hours-of-service rules, and itineraries may need to be adjusted to remain compliant with federal regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Bus Inc. (dba Phoenix Bus Orlando)'s liability for any claim arising out of or related to a trip is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for personal items left on board. Unclaimed items found on vehicles will be kept in our Lost & Found for exactly 30 days, after which they will be permanently discarded or donated. Recovered items may be returned at the passenger's expense.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
