Phoenix Bus Orlando is a locally owned, asset-based charter bus company operating a 60+ vehicle fleet from our own Orlando yard — from 56-passenger motorcoaches to 14-passenger executive minibuses. We are not a broker: every driver is our employee, every coach carries our USDOT authority, and rates range from $80 to $250 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Serving Orange County Convention Center conventions, Walt Disney World and Universal Epic Universe group arrivals, MCO airport transfers, and Port Canaveral cruise shuttles, with 24/7 local dispatch and no hidden broker markup.
We own our fleet, which means direct pricing for you. While every trip is custom-quoted based on mileage and itinerary, here are standard starting ranges for Orlando:
A 5-hour minimum applies. Guaranteed transparent pricing with no hidden broker fees — contact us for an exact quote in under 2 hours.
Your hourly rate includes the vehicle, our employed CDL driver, fuel, standard tolls, commercial insurance, and DOT compliance — quoted once, in writing.
No surprise fuel surcharge, gratuity padding, or "service fee" line.
Deadhead miles from our Orlando yard are stated up front, not added later.
Orlando groups book in four practical size bands: 14-passenger executive Sprinter vans, 24- to 28-passenger minibuses, 38-passenger mid-size coaches, and 56-passenger motorcoaches. Under 15 travelers, a Sprinter is almost always the lowest total cost. Between 25 and 40, a minibus or mid-size coach avoids paying for empty seats. Above 45 — or any trip needing luggage bays and an onboard restroom — the 56-passenger motorcoach is the right unit. Because all four sizes sit in our own 60+ vehicle fleet, we can right-size the vehicle instead of upselling you into what happens to be available.
We drive I-4, SR-528 to Port Canaveral, and Florida's Turnpike ourselves. Buses stage for OCCC conventions, MCO Terminal A/B/C arrivals, Disney and Universal park trips, and Kia Center events. Every move is dispatched from our Orlando yard.
Every Central Florida route runs on Phoenix Bus-owned equipment dispatched from our Orlando headquarters yard. Chauffeurs are our employees and federally audited (DOD, GSA, FMCSA), we are compliant with Florida student-transport safety rules, and preventive maintenance is performed in-house on our own vehicles.
Your trip is resold to whichever carrier is cheapest that day.
You do not know the vehicle age, operator, or safety rating until arrival.
Day-of problems are relayed through a call center, not a dispatcher.
Driver, USDOT authority, insurance, and maintenance are all in-house.
Rates are quoted once — no broker markup added after confirmation.
24/7 local dispatch reaches the driver directly during your movement.
